Peppermint Aromatherapy

Our Peppermint Aromatherapy service uses intermediate pressure throughout the massage. We incorporate warm peppermint towels for the back and feet. Organic peppermint essential oil is also gently applied into the occipital ridge, inner elbow, inner wrist and arch of the feet. Peppermint essential oil is scientifically proven to calm headaches, provide relief from depression and mental exhaustion, as well as increase mental clarity and focus on cognitive tasks.

Peppermint Crave

Peppermint Crave is a 2 hour treatment. The first portion uses a lighter touch to warm up and loosen the muscles, the second portion uses deeper techniques. It allows time for you to have a treat for your face and scalp, as well as have your hair brushed just how hot used to do. Sea salt foot scrub, hot towels and peppermint aromatherapy are included in this treatment as well. The Peppermint Crave allows 15 minutes at the end of your service to lay for a few and gather yourself slowly. This time is compliments of The Peppermint Room and will not be deducted from your treatment time.

Prenatal Massage

Prenatal massage therapy is in no way inferior to any of our other massages. The only difference is that baby comes along to relax with mommy. Because mommy’s are going through a very special and delicate transition during pregnancy we had our prenatal table custom made and designed especially with mommies in mind. Mommies can now experience massage in the traditional face down position with our cushioned leather strap to cradle her growing belly.
